Behave in a manner that is kind and respectful to all delegates, participants, elected officers, faculty advisors, and WMOAS officials and staff; that does not interfere with the smooth functioning of the Model; and that complies with the decisions of WMOAS authorities as final.
*
Agree
Refrain from any form of discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, country of origin, age, religion, physical limitation, or personal favoritism.
*

To ensure the appropriate formality and seriousness of the Model, along with its secure and orderly operation, participants must:
Be punctual and attend the sessions according to the schedule posted at www.wmoas.org. Delegates are expected to attend both Plenary sessions and every meeting of their Committees. All sessions will take place in person at Trinity Washington University and at the OAS Headquarters. Delegates who arrive late for sessions must be recognized by the committee chair to be afforded voice and vote in that session.
*
Agree
Follow professional etiquette: While in committee, delegates are in a professional meeting environment; no eating or smoking is permitted. Water is the only permitted beverage. Delegates must refrain from using electronic devices that interfere with the debate, and must avoid side conversations and multitasking.
*
Agree
Wear business attire: While in committee, delegates must wear acceptable dress. This means trousers (no jeans), business dresses/skirts, business shirts or blouses, and blazers/jackets for those who choose to wear business shirts and trousers. Attire should be clean, pressed and free of holes or stains. Faculty Advisors are responsible for enforcing the dress code.
*
Agree
To engage in professionally appropriate interactions with WMOAS officers and faculty, participants must:
Address all WMOAS faculty, officers, and staff with the courtesy and respect expected for professionals. Use the appropriate title (Mr., Mrs., Ms., or Dr.) and last name.
