2025 Registration - Washington Model Organization of American States

The 2025 Model Organization of American States will take place from April 7-11, 2025.

Currently, we are planning for sessions on April 7-10th, with additional educational opportunities on April 11th, 2025.

If you have a preference of country that you would like for your university to represent, please indicate your first three choices. The preferences will be handled on a first come-first served basis.

If you have participated before, you must rotate your choice through the three regions: North and Central Americas; Caribbean; South America. Please indicate which country you represented in 2024 (if applicable) here.
You will be receiving an invoice soon. Our official costs for the 2025 WMOAS are $1250 for U.S.-based Universities and $950 for non-U.S.-based Universities. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PAYMENT: The deadline for all universities is January 15th, 2025. Country selections will not be finalized until payment is received.

NON-REFUND POLICY Withdrawal from the Washington Model OAS after the deadline appropriate to your University will incur a penalty of half the registration fee. The non-forfeited portion of the fee will be applied to your next year’s registration. If your University does not register the following year, the remaining half of the registration fee will also be forfeited.
