PARTICIPATING UNIVERSITY DELEGATION RESIDENCE AT THIS HILTON HOTEL IS MANDATORY
Universities will need to make their own reservations for rooms needed for their delegation. Reservations should be made by December 10th, 2021.
The dates of the 2022 Model are Monday April 11th to Friday April 15th, so at a minimum you will want to be there for four nights. If you plan to come in a night or two before the WMOAS begins or stay a few nights after it ends please communicate that to hotel reservations
The hotel room group rate cost for the 2022 Model will be at a rate of USD 292 per room per night for either single, double, triple or quadruple accommodation. Please note there is a 10% sales tax and a 14.95% District of Columbia accommodations tax per room per night ($292+$72.85=$364.85). In the event the District of Columbia increases taxes; the hotel reserves the right to adjust the taxes accordingly.
Each participating institution is responsible for making their own reservations with the hotel, and advisers should do this as soon as possible. As mentioned before, the deadline for the reservations is December 10th, 2021. After that, delegations will be required to send their rooming list and some adjustments will be possible. After March 4th, 2022 no more changes will be made, since this is the deadline established by the hotel to fulfill the contract.
